work smart | train smart is offering three (3) accountability group sessions in 2019:

  1. Week of January 21 - February 25
    The purpose of these sessions is to help you understand how to create achievable and realistic goals, implement a plan and tasks to reach your outlined goals, as well as create a system to continue using beyond the six weeks. The goal is to help you set-up a system to use weekly, monthly and through the duration of 2019.

  2. Week of April 8 - May 13
    The purpose of these sessions is to help you create achievable and impactful goals specific to marketing and sales - these two are directly connected! We will create a plan and tasks to implement, as well as create a system to continue using beyond the six weeks. Additionally, the business coach will create a personal challenge per week specific to your industry, sales strategy and goal setting style.

  3. Week of September 16 - October 21
    The purpose of these sessions is to help you create achievable and realistic goals specific to networking and growth. We will create a plan and tasks to implement, as well as create a system to continue using beyond the six weeks. Additionally, the business coach will create a personal challenge per week to motivate you to grow your network and referral system.

1 | Weekly Accountability Group Sessions

  • Over the course of six weeks, we will identify goals to help grow your business. We will break down each goal to identify tasks and timelines to accomplish each goal.

  • In-person meet-ups with like-minded business owners and business coach

  • Peer-support focus with opportunity to engage and grow your referral network

  • 2 hour sessions

  • Max. 8 participants

  • Hamilton and Brantford groups available; location will be shared with registrants

  • $199 plus tax

  • Payment due by January 14th | April 1st | September 9th

 

2 | Weekly Accountability Group Sessions with Dedicated Coaching Support

  • Over the course of six weeks, we will identify goals to help grow your business. We will break down each goal to identify tasks and timelines to accomplish each goal.

  • In-person meet-ups with like-minded business owners and business coach

  • Peer-support focus with opportunity to engage and grow your referral network

  • In addition to weekly meet-ups, this option provides you with additional accountability and business coach support including

    • Accountability check-ins with business coach

    • Access to a private Facebook group to ask questions and engage with group members and business coach

    • End-of-week reviews

    • Program Review Report to see your progress from start to end

  • 2 hour sessions

  • Max. 4 participants

  • Hamilton and Brantford groups available; location will be shared with registrants

  • $479 plus tax

  • Payment due by January 14th | April 1st | September 9th

** These sessions are for motivated business owners focused on growing their business. **

1 | Tuesdays - Hamilton location @ 5:30pm-7:30pm

2 | Wednesdays - Brantford location @ 7pm-9pm

* September/October sessions will reverse = Tuesdays in Brantford and Wednesdays in Hamilton.

  • Starting and running a business can be challenging! One of the hardest steps to learn and continuously implement is being accountable to grow your business.

  • This session is the first of three that will focus on teaching you how to create achievable and realistic goals. Many business owners and individuals think that they know how to set goals, complete tasks, identify timelines, etc. to grow and sustain their business. But do you? Intentions are great. Actions make money!

  • We will discuss different organizational strategies with a focus on personal strengths, personality and capacity.

FEBRUARY

1 | Planning for 2019 - Do & Review

  • This session is the second of three that will review intention vs. action, specifically focusing on the goals created during the first session. We will review and reflect on the tasks and goals you completed successfully, any challenges you encountered when completing tasks/goals during the month, and reassess a new plan of action to improve your goal achievement success.

  • For individuals who are unable to attend the first session - no worries! When you register for the second and/or third session(s), an email will be sent to you with a few exercises to complete prior to attending the session(s). Additionally, bring existing goals and tasks that you are currently working on OR striving to complete.

  • This session will start to strengthen your goal setting process by identifying your priorities, capacity and reality.

  • Additionally, we will update/create a plan and outline priority tasks to reach new weekly and/or monthly goals.

  • The goal of these sessions is to help YOU identify YOUR goal setting strategy, understand how to create achievable and realistic goals, implement a plan and tasks to reach your outlined goals, as well as create a system to use weekly, monthly and through the duration of 2019. The goal of this workshop is to help you understand the basics of bookkeeping, how to get yourself organized to file, understand what you can file, and learn how a professional bookkeeper and/or accountant can assist you with organizing and remitting tax documents to Canada Revenue.

Additionally, we will discuss organizational strategies for keeping your business documents organized now and throughout the year, proper invoicing and receipt processes, and popular apps and software to use.
